Who We Are…

Our belief is that customers deserve a quality workers' compensation claim service that meets their individual needs. As opposed to the industry standard, we do not take a “cookie cutter” approach in which all customers receive duplicate programs. Instead, we provide professional claims administration, reporting information and banking arrangements tailored to our clients' individual preferences.

Based upon this philosophy, we have administered workers' compensation benefits for over twenty years for more North Carolina independently, self-funded, governmental employers than any other TPA.

CCS's total (100%) clientele is self-funded and is in the public sector. Therefore, our customers can be assured we have extensive experience and knowledge of the kind of diverse claims that are unique to a government/political environment.

We are aware at all times that we're the direct representative of our customers and will endeavor to achieve the optimum financial result on all cases.
